Mark Risser, of Lititz, and Megan Scheffey, of Lancaster, recently announced their engagement. Megan is the daughter of Scott and Sandy Scheffey of Lancaster. A graduate of Hempfield High School, she has a B.S. in interior design from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
